Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) has announced the addition of four new providers to its team of healthcare professionals. Dr. Andrew Rinek joins the CCMH Emergency Department. Rinek is a graduate of Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. He completed his family medicine residency in Mississippi and most recently practiced emergency medicine at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Mich. Rinek is also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps with multiple previous deployments to Iraq. The CCMH Medical Clinic has also announced the addition of Samantha Pauley, ARNP, Kiaya Alderson, PA-C, and Macklin Conrad, PA-C to its family medicine team. Pauley holds a master’s degree in nursing from Morningside University and previously worked at St. Anthony Regional Hospital, earning a Great Iowa Nurse award in 2024. Alderson and Conrad both hold master’s degrees in physician assistant studies from Des Moines University. CCMH President and CEO Erin Muck says, “As we continue to pursue ways to better serve the community, we have added staff in anticipation of offering additional hours and services in the CCMH Medical Clinic.
