A mile long stretch of Karr Avenue in Sac County west of Wall Lake was closed yesterday (Monday) and will remain closed for several weeks for a bridge replacement project. Between 360th (D59) and 370th Street on Karr Avenue or M55, a section will remain closed to through traffic as crews take the next four weeks, weather permitting, to replace a bridge over an unnamed creek. Drivers are asked to find an alternate route and to use extra caution when driving near the construction project for safety to all.
