A Denison Community School District Principal has been named the School Administrators of Iowa (SAI) Middle-Level Principal of the year. Patti Ryan has served the district as the middle school principal since 2017 and has been selected for this award by a committee of Iowa middle-level principals. SAI Executive Director Lisa Remy says, “Ryan has been selected due to her exceptional leadership and dedication to the Denison school community. With her unwavering commitment to student success, she has made a profound impact on her school community by working tirelessly behind the scenes. Her passion for education and steadfast advocacy for students sets a shining example for educators everywhere.” Ryan will be recognized this August at the SAI’s Annual Conference.
