The Carroll County Board of Supervisors should have a quick meeting on Monday with only a few items of note on their agenda. The supervisors convene at 9 a.m. in the Conservation Education Center at Swan Lake State Park and open with a request from representatives of the Riverside Trail Committee in Coon Rapids. The group is pursuing several grants for trail improvements and expansions and is seeking support from the county to provide matching support if they were to be selected for those grants. They will also hear from County Engineer Zac Andersen on the Secondary Roads Department concerning utility permits and drain updates. The only other items on Monday’s agenda are plat approvals, a statement of support for employees enlisted in the National Guard or Reserve armed forces, and manure management annual updates. The Nov. 6 meeting is open to the public. The full agenda is below.
