Four juveniles have been charged in connection to reports of stolen vehicles in Carroll on Sept. 8 and 9. According to the Carroll Police Department, a 16-year-old male was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, an aggravated misdemeanor. A 15-year-old female also faces charges of operation of a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and accessory after the fact, a simple misdemeanor. A 17-year-old female was arrested and charged with operation without owner’s consent, and third-degree and fifth-degree criminal mischief. A 17-year-old male was also charged with accessory after the fact. The juveniles were all released to parents following their arrests, and charges have been forwarded to the juvenile courts for processing.
