Lael Wilcox, ultra cycling endurance athlete, is on the Just Go Bike podcast today! Lael chats with Murph about her latest quest, to pedal around the world and not only break the women’s record, but break the men’s record as well. That’s over 18,000 miles!! She rode her bike around the world in 2024 and holds the women’s record, averaging 170 miles of pedaling each day. This time she is shooting for over 230 miles of pedaling per day, for 78 days! She has been endurance cycling for awhile, she won the Trans Am Bike Race back in 2016,
