The Carroll County Board of Supervisors announced this (Friday) afternoon, they have cancelled their April 17 emergency management and COVID-19 response meeting. With the only item of note being the risk assessment level for Regional Medical Coordination Center (RMCC) Region 1, which includes Carroll County, decreasing from a nine to an eight on the 10-point scale, the board concluded Friday’s meeting was no longer necessary. The supervisors are still scheduled to meet via technological means for their weekly meeting on Monday, April 20.
