St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Carroll County Public Health are asking community members to participate in identifying what is most important to them for their health and well-being. The 2019 Carroll County Community Health Needs Assessment is an easy to complete survey that is open now through Feb. 28. “We want to know what is important to members of our community, so we can allocate resources to provide health services and funding that meets their needs, and ultimately improves the overall health and well-being of residents in Carroll County, as well as the surrounding St. Anthony Regional Hospital service area,” says Marcia Schaefer, Director of Home Health, Hospice and Public Health at St. Anthony. All results from the survey will be posted on the St. Anthony Regional Hospital and Carroll County Public Health Services websites this summer. Details on the several places to locate the surveys as well as how to get more information can be found here.
