Multiple Carroll County agencies responded late this (Friday) morning to a reported car vs. semi accident. First responders, including the Carroll County Emergency Medical Services, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Carroll Police Department, and Breda Fire Department, were dispatched around 11:15 a.m. to the scene near the intersection of 120th Street and U.S. Highway 71.
