Carroll at Storm Lake
The Carroll Tigers wrapped up their track meet at Storm Lake with a fourth place team finish Thursday. The Tigers ended their day with 71 team points, while Humboldt won the meet with 179 team points. The Tigers were able to finish in the top two in five events.
Ryan North finished in second place in the 3200 meter run with a time of 11:01.42. Haven Muggenberg competed in the 400 meter hurdle event and finished in second place with a time of 1:01.09. The team of Colby Christensen, Remy Richardson, and Abraham and Zach Drikx competed in the 4X400 relay where they finished in second place with a time of 3:38.04 and the Distance Medley Relay where they won the event with a time of 3:51.37. Christensen, Abraham and Zach Drikx, and Cade Schable competed in the Sprint Medley Relay where they finished in second place with a time of 1:38.43.

Paton Churdan, IKM-Manning, Audubon, Glidden Ralston, and Coon Rapids Bayard at ACGC
Paton Churdan, IKM-Manning, Audubon, Glidden Ralston, and Coon Rapids Bayard all competed Thursday at the Gonzales/Parrish Invitational track meet at Guthrie Center. IKM-Manning finished in second place in the team standings with 160 points, followed by Audubon in third with 110 points, Glidden Ralston in fourth with 89 points, and Coon Rapids Bayard in fifth with 45 points. Paton Churdan finished in eight place with 28 team points.
IKM-Manning finished the meet with multiple of top two finishes along with a good first place finish. Quentin Dreyer won the 3200 meter run with a final time of 10:34.16.
Audubon finished the meet with four first place finishes. Joel Klocke won the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 59.13. Joel was also part of all three relay teams that won their events. The 4X100 team, composed of Ethan and Joel Klocke, Matthew Beisswenger, and Gavin Smith, won with a time of 44.93. Those same teammates won the 4X200 race with a time of 1:33.40. The Audubon Shuttle Hurdle team, composed of Ethan and Joel Klocke, Smith, and Brandon Jensen, won the event with a time of 1:05.20.
For Coon Rapids Bayard Gabe Obert won the High Jump event with a jump of 6-01.00. Easton Hays won the long jump event with a jump of 21-06.75.
Brigham Daniel of Glidden Ralston finished his day with three first place finishes. He won the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.07, the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.55, and the 400 meter dash with a time of 52.12.
Paton Churdan had some good performances throughout the day, finishing top five in two events. Bradyn Smith finished in second place in the discus event, throwing 115-11.50. Forest Thompson finished in fifth place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:24.13.
