No injuries and only functional damages were reported in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at Bella Vista and Plaza Drives at approximately 5:23 p.m. Thirty-nine-year-old Nicholas Palmer of Carroll was northbound on Bella Vista in a 2013 Ford F-150. Eighteen-year-old Yalianiz Olan Correa, also of Carroll, was westbound on Plaza Drive in a 2009 Acura, but pulled out in front of the truck at the stop sign and was struck by the Palmer vehicle. Olan Correa was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
