The Audubon Wheelers came prepared to battle another windy meet and came out victorious against Griswold Tuesday. The Wheelers ended their day with a team score of 180 compared to Griswold’s 227. Four of the Wheeler’s golfers ended their days with scores in the low to high 40s while their other two golfers ended with low 50s.
Jay Remsburg had a productive day with a birdie, three pars, three bogies, and two double bogies. Remsburg shot well on the day and earned himself medalist honors with a score of 41. Carter Andreasen finished his day two strokes behind Remsburg with a 43 and earned himself runner-up medalist honors. Aiden Alt ended his day with a 47 and Joey Schramm ended two strokes behind him with a 49. The other Wheeler golfers who shot Tuesday were Derek Bald who ended his day with a score of 52 and Teddy DuVall who ended with a score of 53.
