There is only one more day left to cast an absentee ballot or to deliver the one you received in the mail to your local county auditor’s office. In Carroll County, the Auditor’s Office in the courthouse is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Polls will open at 7 a.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, and remain open until 9 p.m. There are 11 polling locations for 13 precincts and a full listing of the those can be found below.
