In Carroll County, the Auditor’s Office in the courthouse is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Polls will open at 7 a.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, and remain open until 9 p.m. There are 11 polling locations for 13 precincts and a full listing of the those can be found below.
