The Sac County Fair Board is helping out their youth groups in their efforts to raise money to build a new show ring and beef, sheep and goat livestock barn. The Saturday, Dec. 7 Raise the Roof Steak Supper will run from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Sac County fairgrounds. Tickets will be $35 each or $60 per couple and include a ribeye steak, corn, baked potato, lettuce salad, dinner roll and ice cream and toppings. Each ticket purchased will also be accompanied by one free drink. There will be a cash bar, a silent auction and DJ music throughout the evening.
