The date for the Kuemper Catholic High School Bank Iowa Challenge Cup celebration has been changed. Originally scheduled for Sept. 14, the assembly will now be held on Monday, Sept. 18 at 10:30 a.m. in the Kuemper High School gymnasium. This marks the school’s sixth 2A Bank Iowa Challenge Cup win in the last eight years. Winning schools receive a $2,000 stipend from Bank Iowa and the coveted Crystal Cup. In the other categories, Waukee won the 4A group, Decorah took the 3A cup and Audubon placed first in 1A.
