A Carroll man remains in custody at the Carroll County jail on current and pending charges. The Carroll Police Department reports they found marijuana and suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop Monday night. An officer pulled over a 2006 Toyota Avalon, driven by 46-year-old Timothy Wade Strabley, in the 200 block of East 3rd Street at approximately 9:11 p.m. and located the substances at that time. Strabley has been charged with possession of marijuana and further charges are pending results from the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) on the other seized item.
