Two of the 2020 Democratic Presidential candidates will be making return appearances in our area this weekend. Montana Gov., Steve Bullock, is sweeping the state in a three-day “State House to the White House Tour.” This includes a meet-and-greet in Carroll on Sunday, Sept. 22 at Ski’s Sandwich Shop on W. 5th Street. A link to RSVP for this Carroll stop can be found below. Also on Sunday, former Maryland Representative and frequent visitor to west central Iowa, John Delaney, will be stopping in Jefferson. As one of his six events over two days, Delaney will tour Pillar’s Forge location in the downtown district from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
