Weather permitting, the City of Carroll will be spraying for mosquitoes again this (Thursday) evening. As in all other previous instances, the starting point will be determined by the wind direction at the onset. Crews will then progress throughout the city limits until there is complete coverage. Anyone with questions is asked to contact City Hall at 792-1000.
