St. Anthony Regional Hospital broke ground on a $16.5 million cancer center in April, Lake View is nearing the end of construction on a $6 million wastewater treatment lagoon, the Carroll Community School District (CCSD) welcomed a new superintendent, and city staff in Carroll moved into their new offices on Adams Street to name just a few of the highlights.
