Ticket sales open this week for the Daddy & Daughters dance in Coon Rapids. This year marks the third year for the dance, sponsored by the Annunciation Catholic Church Men’s Club, where fathers can take their two to twelve-year-old daughters out for a night of dancing and dinner. The event takes place on Saturday, April 1st in the Annunciation Parish Hall. Doors open at 5 p.m. for family members to see the decorations before being asked to leave for the father and daughter themed evening. A light dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. with the rest of the evening reserved for dancing and photos by Natural Expression Photography. Only 125 spaces are available for the evening, and organizers are encouraging dads to not wait before reserving their spots. Tickets go on sale Thursday, March 2 in the lobby of the Coon Rapids Municipal Utilities building from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for $20 per couple, and $5 extra for each additional girl.
