Two well-known charitable entities have opened up their 2017 grant cycles for applicants. Iowa Savings Bank is the trustee for both the Warren H. Timmerman Charitable Trust and the Gilbert and Barbara Renze Foundation and announces after this year’s awards, they will have distributed more than $1.54 million from the Timmerman Trust and more than $529,000 from the Renze Foundation. The Timmerman Trust will select recipients who have qualified charitable projects located in Carroll County, and the Renze Foundation’s recipients must be conducting a charitable project in Carroll or Sac Counties. Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization or other qualified entity, such as a municipality.
