Today is Walk to Wellness Wednesday and it looks like the weather will be cooperating for a beautiful day to take that walk outside, but if you are unable to be outside, the Carroll County Wellness Coalition reminds you that you can still get that walk in at the Carroll Rec Center, the Manning Rec Center and the Glidden Wellness Center. The coalition is also excited about all the upcoming fitness opportunities in our area. The Carroll Chamber of Commerce Color Run will be held on May 7 and then the Light Bright Glow Run on May 20 and the After Glow 5K Run on June 18.
