Please park at the Rec Center or stadium and walk to the park.
RVTV will arrive in Carroll at noon and will be parked by the shelter house. You can set up your tailgate party anytime after 1pm, Carroll and Kumper Booster Clubs will be selling food at the south side of the shelter. Other Activities include Human Foosball, Bags Tournament, Skee Bags and football pass competition.
