Carroll County is having a “Permit to Carry” Class on Thursday, May 17th, at 7pm in the lower-level meeting room of the Carroll County Courthouse. The class is open to Carroll County residents only and is free of charge. Those interested will need proof of residency with a valid driver’s license or ID. The permit to carry also acts as a permit to purchase.
