Join Diane (the library resident animal lover) at the Animal Rescue of Carroll (ARC) and be become a PET READER! Shelter animals benefit from being near people and hearing human voices.
This program brings readers and pets (mostly dogs) together! Your kids will learn to be gentle and interact with animals in an appropriate way.
Kids will also practice their reading and listening skills. Your family will have fun and while giving sheltered animals lots of love.
