There will be 4 FREE Diabetes Education Classes every Tuesday from 10-11:30am from June 13 through July 11th, (skipping July 4th), at the Carroll Recreation Center located @ 716 North Grant Road in Carroll. They will be talking about: ways to control your blood sugar levels, low-cost healthy meals, how to become more physically active, & managing your diabetic medications.
