No injuries were reported but a Bagley woman’s vehicle sustained serious damage after hitting a deer early Thursday morning. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to 230th Street near Jordan Ave. to the west of Jefferson at approximately 4:54 a.m. Thirty-five-year-old Jeri Hedges was traveling eastbound on 230th in a 2007 GMC Yukon when a deer ran in front of the vehicle. Damage was estimated at $8,000.
