Davis says she was drawn to Stewart Memorial because of her ties to the region, the facility’s strong community ties, and its family-oriented culture. Davis began her career at Stewart Memorial in radiology, performing imaging services including X-rays, CT scans, mammography, bone density tests, and fluoroscopy. Since joining the hospital, she has broadened her role by learning workflows in other departments to improve patient outcomes and experience. Davis credits her colleagues for fostering an adaptive and rewarding environment for staff, saying, “The people you work with greatly influence your overall job satisfaction.
