It’s homecoming week for the Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Tigers and administration wishes to remind residents of the parade that will be taking place on Friday afternoon. Starting at 1:30 p.m., a large section of Grant Road will be closed and no parking will be permitted as students and staff make their way from the Carroll Youth Sports Complex, east on 30th Street before turning south on North Grant Road past Fairview Elementary, Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) before heading into the CCSD Athletic Stadium. Travelers are asked to plan ahead for the road closures by finding an alternate route or to expect delays.
