The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education met with the transportation director for upcoming changes and an update from DLR with the transportation facility project. The work session was held in the board room of the Adams Elementary building. The board members approved of the personnel report, handbook revisions to the student and staff handbook. Quotes for $27,267 was approved to replace an outdated oven at Carroll Middle School and a quote for $9,587 for parts and labor from Walsh Doors and Security to have door access with staff members’ fabs. The board members approved for the Carroll High School choir to travel to Omaha to see the musical Six next spring. The remainder of the meeting was discussing the changes that are being implemented for student transportation and a presentation from DLR Architect Firm on the progress being made on the new transportation facility and came to an agreement regarding the wash bin basin change order.
