Carroll city officials are notifying residents that there will be several tests of the community’s weather sirens this (Thursday) morning. Police Chief Brad Burke says the tests are necessary, as crews recently completed some repairs to the system. The sirens may sound multiple times. Authorities stress these alerts are only tests.
