Organizers have announced the date for the second annual sunflower fundraiser benefiting the St. Anthony Cancer Center is coming up later this month. On Sunday, July 17 the Nepple family of Mt. Carmel invites supporters to their acreage on 140th Street to purchase a bouquet of fresh-cut sunflowers and take plenty of photos of the flower fields from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hope-themed crafts and items will also be available for purchase and the group plans to host a silent auction as well. All money raised from the Sunflowers: Share Light and Give Hope event goes directly to the St. Anthony Cancer Center. For more information, follow their Facebook page using the link included below.
