A charge of Sexual Abuse in the third degree, a Class C Felony, was filed in the Iowa District Court for Carroll County yesterday (Monday) against 29-year-old Jeromie Alan Kramer of Westside. The complaint alleges in December of 2014, Kramer engaged in sexual acts with a 12-year-old individual.
