The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) has released an interest survey asking for thoughts on a school-run, three-year old preschool program. The district’s Board of Education discussed the feasibility of getting one started, weighing the pros and cons involving tuition, implementation and staffing during last week’s board meeting and decided to gain more public input to determine the need of the community. The online survey asks a series of questions regarding interest, what individuals would classify as reasonable monthly tuition, and if additional care would be needed before or after the school day.
