Tame Impala is heading back to North America for a summer arena tour celebrating his fifth studio album, Deadbeat.
The Deadbeat Tour kicks off July 7 at Miami’s Kaseya Center and concludes September 19 at Houston’s Toyota Center. Early dates feature support from Djo, while Dominic Fike joins for the latter half—both making their first appearances as supporting acts on a major tour.
Deadbeat, released last year via Columbia Records, showcases Kevin Parker’s blend of psychedelic club sounds and catchy songwriting. The album includes the standout track “Dracula,” which recently reached No. 1 on alternative radio. Parker also teamed up with Blackpink’s Jennie for “Dracula (Jennie Remix),” giving the song a fresh global twist. The remix’s lyric video was directed by Julian Klincewicz and shot by Irie Calkins, coinciding with the single’s chart-topping success.
Since the album’s release, Parker has earned a Grammy win for “End of Summer” in the Best Dance/Electronic Recording category and received a Brit Award nomination for International Group of the Year. With Deadbeat, Tame Impala continues to solidify his status as a modern psychedelic powerhouse, adding to his five Grammy nominations and multiple BRIT Award recognitions.
