The Friendship Home of Audubon invites the public to an open house this Thursday, celebrating the recent five-star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). From noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Friendship Home administration and staff welcome all for light refreshments of smoked pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans and drinks, and a social to congratulate the skilled nursing home on being honored as a 2026 Iowa Top Nursing Home for the five-star rating for Quality Measures. Again, the open house for the Friendship Home of Audubon will be tomorrow (Thursday) from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
