The non-profit, 45-bed skilled nursing facility was scored based on performance in health inspections, staffing and quality measures, earning above average in each category. The recognition is now displayed on the medicare.gov site, and will be acknowledged when individuals are looking for long-term care, comparing facilities located across the state and even nationwide.
