Stewart Memorial Hospital and Clinics is hosting a “Donut and Discussion” session regarding challenges frequently faced by farming families tomorrow (Thursday) morning. “Weathering Tough Seasons- Navigating Farm Life’s Challenges” will feature speaker Tim Christensen from ISU Extension, who will talk to attendees on how to identify mental distress, ways to get the conversations started to help and local resources for additional support, then open the floor for a Q&A session. This one-hour long program is free and open to the public with no registration required. “Donuts and Discussion” will start at 10 a.m. in the Stewart Memorial Conference Center this Thursday.
