Authorities in Greene County executed a search warrant on Wednesday in connection with an ongoing investigation into suspected child pornography possession and distribution. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, served the search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of Mahlon Street in Jefferson. No arrests were made immediately following the search, but the investigation is ongoing.
