A Sac City man has pled guilty to one count of sex offender registration violation and was sentence to five years in prison. According to Sac County District Court records, 35-year-old Michael William Euchner II entered into a plea agreement with prosecution to plead guilty to one of the four counts of violations of sex offender registration, for failing to report all individuals living with him. He was sentenced to five years in prison on Dec. 12, 2025. Euchner II is being charged as a habitual offender as this is a subsequence offense while on probation for similar charges in Hamilton County.
