County Highway N28, also known as Dakota/Zeller Avenue, in Calhoun County is open back to traffic but more construction is expected to take place in the spring. The 12-mile stretch from Lytton south to State Highway 175 closed in April while crews repaved the roadway. While the repaving is completed, construction signage will be up on Co. Highway N28 from 270th Street to 300th Street, for shoulder work that will take place and be completed by this upcoming spring.
