Main Street Coon Rapids (MSCR) welcomes three new members to its Board of Directors. MSCR is a non-profit organization, and current board members select new individuals to serve for a term of three years to help guide initiatives and programs offered through MSCR. Executive Director Katie Mason says vacancies were created as the board had three long-serving individuals’ terms are coming to an end.

After the initial six months, the new members will be placed on one of the four teams where they will use their expertise to focus on that specific task, making up a 12-member board. The MSCR program also includes an extensive network of volunteers that are dedicated to the organization’s mission. Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer or want to learn more about MSCR are encouraged to contact Mason at 712-999-4769.
