Carroll’s four newly elected city officials were sworn in during last night’s (Monday) meeting. Mayor Jerry Fleshner and Ward 3 Councilman Kyle Bauer took their oaths of office for their current positions for the second time, while newcomers to the council, At-Large Councilman Jeff Cayler and Ward 1 Councilwoman Deb Koster, were sworn in for their first terms on the council dais. The oaths of office were administered by Judge Gina Badding of Carroll. The new council and city staff also presented plaques to outgoing At-Large Councilwoman JJ Schreck and Ward 1 Councilman Tom Bordenaro, recognizing their contributions and dedication to the City of Carroll and its residents.
