Carroll Woman Pleads Guilty To Possessing With Intent To Deliver Over 15 Grams Of Methamphetamine

A Carroll woman has pled guilty to possessing and intending to deliver over 15 grams of methamphetamine earlier this year. According to Carroll County District Court records, 46-year-old Jennifer Irene Kienast pled guilty to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance methamphetamine, a class C felony in November. Around March 8, Kienast was found to have 15.56 grams of methamphetamine, along with Gabapentin and Vyvanse, both schedule two controlled substances, and bags, scales, and other paraphernalia to aid in distribution. A plea hearing is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 15 at the Carroll County Courthouse. A class C felony carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison and $13,660 in fines.
