The Sac City Library is celebrating the holiday season this weekend, and staff invite the public to join in the fun they have planned. Sac City’s Christmas in the Library will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and features a special visit from Santa himself, who will pass out books to children in attendance. Several craft stations will be set up in the library for attendees to take home for decorations, alongside complimentary snacks and cider. There is no cost to participate, and all are welcome. Again, the Sac City Christmas in the Library program runs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13.
