The Carroll Police Department is investigating an allegedly stolen pickup truck that was reported to law enforcement late last week. According to authorities, a black 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, license plate number FAS031, had been parked outside of a business in the 200 block of W. 3rd Street. Officials note the vehicle had been unlocked with the key inside. At 5:22 p.m., a suspect is seen on camera entering the truck and driving away. As of Tuesday morning, the stolen pickup has not been recovered.
