Mr. Robert “Bob” D. Sornson, age 95, of Audubon, IA, passed away on Monday, November 03, 2025, at the Friendship Home in Audubon, IA.
Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. A Masonic Tribute will be held before the visitation, starting at 4:30 p.m., on Monday at the church.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, with Rev. Sean Dougherty officiating. Interment will take place following the funeral at Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon. Following the committal, a luncheon will be held in the Fellowship Hall of the Church.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Audubon.
