The Carroll Public Library will be offering two history presentations for adults, and the first one is this Thursday, on the anniversary of the event. Library Director Wendy Johnson says the speaker, Laura Keyes, will debunk an on-air broadcast about a story that occurred nearly nine decades ago.

Johnson says the program will run from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and attendees can join in person at the library or online via Zoom using a link to register.
