A Denison man will face a jury trial on 13 charges for allegedly purchasing visual depictions of minors engaging in sexual acts. According to Crawford County District Court records, 33-year-old Travis Sean Myers was taking into custody back in July on an arrest warrant where authorities say he knowingly and willfully purchased and downloaded visual mediums of minors performing sexual acts multiple times between October 2022 and March 2025. Myers has been released from custody after posting a $10,000 bond and has pled not guilty to 13 charges of purchase or possess depictions of a minor in a sex act, all class D felonies. His jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 6, 2026 at the Crawford County Courthouse. If convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of up to 65 years in prison and over $130,000 in fines.
