The Carroll Police Department is currently investigating a reported vehicle versus pedestrian incident early this morning on Grant Road. According to Carroll Police Chief Brad Burke, the department was called at approximately 7:24 a.m. near the intersection of Grant Road and U.S Highway 30 after a witness observed a possible white, single cab truck hit a pedestrian on a scooter. The driver of the truck did not stop and left the scene. Officers are currently investigating, but no injuries or damage has been reported.
